Key Responsibilities
- Handle liability and workers’ compensation defense cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and prepare for mediations and trials.
- Advise clients on case strategy and provide exceptional legal counsel.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a virtual team environment while maintaining autonomy over assigned matters.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
- At least 7 years of defense litigation experience, with proficiency in liability and workers’ compensation cases.
- Strong case management, organizational, and client communication skills.
