We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience practicing law, with a focus on insurance defense litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar; additional admission to other jurisdictions is a plus.
- Minimum of three years of experience practicing insurance defense law.
- Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience.
