Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all phases of medical malpractice litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case and client’s unique needs.
- Analyze complex medical records, interact with expert witnesses, and manage all aspects of case development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to ensure successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associate: Minimum of 2 years of medical malpractice defense or related litigation experience.
- Senior Associate: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with significant case-handling and trial preparation responsibilities.
- Of Counsel: 8 years of medical malpractice litigation experience, including trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead cases and teams.
- Strong understanding of medical and legal principles in malpractice defense.
- Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.

Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
