Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through settlement or trial.
- Conduct case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and oversee all aspects of case preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Participate in trials, including jury selection, opening and closing arguments, and examination of witnesses.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Connecticut and in good standing with the bar.
- 1 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Proven track record of achieving favorable results for clients.
