Location : East Coast or Central US (Remote)

As they continue to expand, they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Director to hunt new enterprise customers. With a VP of Sales already based in the US, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in their growth journey.

Position Overview : As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales and building strong relationships with key clients. You will leverage your expertise in the security sector to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and close high-value deals. This role offers a highly competitive package with an OTE of up to $360,000 plus stock options.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Sales Growth : Identify and target enterprise customers, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Lead Generation : Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate Contracts : Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, in the security sector.
  • Experience working for a start-up or in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of security solutions and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
