Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning of all carpets and rugs.
- Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to identify areas requiring special attention or treatment.
- Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure proper handling of cleaning supplies.
- Operate buffing machines and other floor care equipment as needed for optimal results.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental service standards while performing cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including any special requests or observations.
Experience
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with custodial practices, buffing techniques, and floor care is a plus.
