Position Overview:
Steam Master is looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sales Carpet Tech. This dual-role position requires both hands-on cleaning skills and the ability to engage with customers to sell our services. As a Technician, you will provide top-tier cleaning services, educate clients on their needs, and offer solutions that ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Cleaning Services: Execute carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery cleaning, and tile/grout services using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
- Sales Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and upsell appropriate services; educate clients on the benefits of various cleaning services to meet their specific requirements.
- Floor Maintenance: Operate buffing equipment for floor care and maintenance, ensuring floors are cleaned and restored to optimal condition.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients through communication, professional demeanor, and problem-solving.
- Service Delivery: Conduct residential and commercial cleaning services on-site, ensuring that all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
- Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other technicians to optimize workflow and achieve team goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Cleaning Services: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required.
