Job Description:
- We're seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will provide technical support to employees and train non-technical workers on our business's information systems.
- You will respond to requests and incidents in our FreshService system, covering hardware, software, telecom, Active Directory, network, printing, sales points, and other areas as needed.
- Collaborate with our IT Business Analysts, Infrastructure Manager, IT Ops Manager, and IT Director on special projects and set up equipment for employee use.
- You will oversee the daily performance of computer systems, establish requirements for new systems or modifications, and accurately document your work.
Salary:
The base hourly pay range for this position is $35 per hour, with opportunities for above-average compensation based on experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must clearly read, write, and communicate in English.
- 2 years' experience in IT or a related field in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and peripherals preferred.
- Effective communication and guest service skills to assist computer users of all proficiency levels.
- BASIC network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, common applications like Office365, and highly customized configurations.
