Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and web).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels.
- Assist with website updates and content management.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to improve campaigns and ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage and update project portfolios and case studies for promotion.
- Engage with current and prospective clients through email marketing, newsletters, and follow-ups.
- Explore innovative marketing strategies to promote our design-build projects.
- Coordinate podcast.
- Coordinate quarterly seminars and other events.
Qualifications:
- Curiosity, diligence, and a proactive approach to learning.
- A creative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interest in residential design and the construction/building industry (experience a plus but not required).

- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp) is helpful.
