Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, put-away, order picking, loading, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Receive incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and inspecting products for damage.
* Put away received materials promptly and efficiently.
* Pick orders accurately using pick tickets.
* Securely wrap picked materials for loading onto trucks.
* Load trucks after order selection is complete.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety standards.
* Participate in annual physical inventories.
* Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack is preferred, but training is available for candidates with relevant transferable skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and order fulfillment processes.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a small team.
* Punctuality and reliable attendance.
Hours of Work:
* 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
* Overtime may be required before or after regular hours, depending on workload.

Compensation:
$25 an hour
