We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Steel City Tap Co. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint finishes to our products, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics. Your work will directly contribute to bringing our clients' designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using various techniques including spongeing and brush application.
- Mix paints and finishes according to specifications for optimal results.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols while using power tools and handling materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to read schematics and understand project requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
