Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Responsible for facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers and addressing their concerns
- Perform data entry and file management tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Ensure proper property maintenance, including landscaping, cleanliness, and safety measures
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data entry software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
