Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, highly organized, and self-motivated Customer Experience & Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all incoming calls. This person will play a critical role in answering customer questions, qualifying leads, scheduling estimate appointments, and following up with leads throughout the process.
Compensation:
- $18/hour base pay
- incentive for every qualified appointment set
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer all inbound phone calls during business hours
- Respond to basic customer questions about our epoxy flooring services
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule estimate appointments
- Follow up with new leads to help convert inquiries into appointments
- Follow up with customers after estimate appointments to maintain engagement
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure an excellent experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently and staying on-call during business hours
- Prior experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales support is a plus
