Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Purchase, configure, and deploy new computers, phones, and other devices for users
- Provide PC maintenance and Help Desk Support
- Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Configure and install hardware, software, and associated equipment
- Virus and spyware/adware removal
- Printer installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Network installation and maintenance
Qualifications
- BS/AS in Information Technology or equivalent certifications and experience
- Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows 10
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking concepts
- Familiar with computer hardware and peripherals
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
