Overview
Mine, cultivate, and maintain new and existing customers. Build deep relationships to execute personal sales goals that aligns with a Divisional strategy. Fully understand and communicate all variables, challenges, and successes within the defined territory. Rep must be self-sufficient and innovative to compose tactics to execute the strategy for a territory.
Responsibilities
- High frequency of travel, consecutive overnights mandatory.
- This is a professional salaried position, with occasional odd hours to be successful.
- Ability to manage time, travel, and oneself.
- Fiduciary responsibility to manage expenses, entertainment & travel.
- International travel – ability to acquire travel pass / VISA.
- Understand and monitor the competitive environment and provide market intelligence to help shape and execute sales strategies.
- High business ethics. This position means you are a visual representative of the company in your personal community & territory 100% of the time.
Qualifications
Required
- Sales experience
- Highly inquisitive & self-motivated
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to help teammates daily.
- Outstanding communicator – written & oral.
- Assertive / Confident – ability to ask for orders, demand mutual respect within buyer/seller transaction while maintaining humility.
Preferred
- Outside sales/travel experience.
- Salesforce, SAP Concur, or foundation of CRM system experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
