This role is responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering, and storing data for quotes & orders. They work closely with all departments, DSM’s customers & other New Millennium locations.

Responsibilities

• Includes, but is not limited to the following:
• • Work with an arrangement of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Work with New Millennium’s programs OIS and JEDI.
  • Maintain quote accuracy on Salesforce.
  • Communicate with customers, DSMs, and other sales staff.
  • Filing and organizing quotes and project files.
  Other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills – both written & verbal
• Strong math skills
• Working accurately & efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
• Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated & results driven
