Job Summary
The Chowns Group is a steel fabrication company in the construction industry located in Skippack, PA. We are seeking a part-time, detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Generate financial reports.
- Collaborate with accountants and other team members.
Skills
- Knowledge of construction contract accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Experience preparing and filing payroll tax returns.
- Monthly contract progress billings on AIA forms.
- Experience with word and excel and use of ProCore construction management platform.
This Bookkeeper position is part-time, 2 days a week. Must come into the office. Must have construction experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
