Position Summary:
Ironwood Steakhouse is seeking a Front of House Manager who will oversee daily dining operations, ensuring every guest receives unparalleled service. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support the front-of-house team, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and server assistants. Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service by ensuring all team members are trained to provide polished, attentive, and personalized service.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee dining room operations, manage reservations, coordinate seating plans, and ensure smooth service flow during shifts.
- Training and Development: Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and wine pairings. Conduct regular performance evaluations to support growth and improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and poise, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
