- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target schools, sports clubs, leagues, coaches, and organizations within the youth sports sector.
- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and nurture new sales leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in youth sports organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging presentations and product demos, showcasing the value of our app and converting leads into loyal customers. This includes travel when necessary.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry needs to effectively position our app as a leading solution in the youth sports space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with business goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports on sales progress and forecasts to leadership.

Requirements
- Experience: 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in sports technology, or digital content solutions. Experience in youth sports is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, engage prospects, present effectively, negotiate, and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, independent, and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, CRM tools and the digital landscape.
- Passion for Sports: A passion for youth sports and a genuine interest in helping communities thrive through engaging sports content.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred but not required.
