Experienced Carpentry Foreman (Southeastern WI)

This position is not suited for someone looking to collect a paycheck working hourly. The pay is structured to incentivize quality work, satisfied customers, and profitability.

A successful individual will demonstrate a good attention to detail, great technical and soft skills with colleagues and customers, and the ability to effectively manage projects from beginning to completion. This is an ideal position for a person that has a desire to be their own boss yet has the help and support of a team to ensure success.

Experience in the following aspects of carpentry are beneficial to a qualified applicant:

Commercial
- Steel Studs
- Hollow metal doors, frames and hardware
- Casework
- Concrete form construction
- Drywall hanging
- Acoustical ceilings
- Selective demolition

A starting wage, with related experience, is $30 per hour. After employer paid training and demonstrated quality leadership performance, the wage is $44 per hour PLUS bonuses, health insurance, retirement benefits, and company vehicle

Salary: $60,000.00 to $88,000.00 /year plus commission/bonuses
