Key Role: Lead our manufacturing team, ensuring product excellence by removing excess alloy material and refining parts post-braze.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and develop a motivated team aligned towards efficient production processes.
- Evaluate and enhance team performance continually.
- Drive initiatives for improved production quality and cost reduction.
- Prioritize safety and adhere to company protocols.
- Work strategically with other departments to meet production goals.
- Analyze and present performance metrics to management.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure timely production.
- Address conflicts and provide solutions effectively.
- Engage in hiring and training new personnel.
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, complemented by experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a leadership role for at least 2-3 years.
- Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing management software.
- A strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality.
