Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or cash register, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to the restaurant's presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling and point-of-sale systems (Aloha POS or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
