Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and helping with catering or banquet events.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Help organize kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support the culinary team by assisting with various tasks as required in a hospitality-focused environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus.
- Experience in catering or banquet services will be beneficial for this role.
