What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Assistant position at Steelcon, LLC?
Position (SHL): Shop Laborer/Stock Assistant
Pay: $17-20/hr. depending on experience. Eligible for first wage increase at initial review at 60 days.
Work Schedule: 45-55 hr./week depending on workload, Monday-Friday, Saturday as needed (Steelcon utilizes flex time, facility open 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM to get weekly required hours)
Travel Requirements: No

Job Duties:
1. Assisting with hydro testing
2. Fabrication shop labor
3. Shop cleaning (sweeping, cleaning shop restrooms and breakrooms, etc.)
4. Local miscellaneous pick-ups
General Requirements:
1. Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
2. Driver’s License
3. Team Player-Communicates well with others-Good work attitude
4. Educational: GED or high school diploma
5. Basic computer/tablet knowledge
6. Dependable
7. OSHA 10 Hour
8. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work kneeling down as needed
9. Lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience with cranes / tow motors, hand power tools
