Steele Construction Services is a business that is based in Miami Beach. Our business specializes in multifamily renovations with operations in Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, and teams while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, local regulations, and quality and deadline expectations. You will serve as the key point of contact between contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and construction safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and employees to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Resolve issues and delays as they arise and proactively manage project risks.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before construction begins and during the project.
Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration between all parties.
Track daily photos, videos and progress reports
Jobsite scheduling
Ensuring deadlines are met
Handle site logistics, equipment management, and material organization.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (preferably in residential)
References to certify professional experience and skill. (Minimum of 3 valid references from previous employers)

Pay : $25-28 an hour
