Prevention Focused, Outpatient Clinic in Spokane, Washington
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic opening soon in Spokane, WA. (The same opportunity is available in Kennewick if that is a better location for you.) In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Manage only 10-12 patients per day
Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek
- No call
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $220,000 - $280,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:
- BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3 years)
- Procedure experience is a huge plus!
