Steele Restoration is looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized Outside Sales Representativeto initiate contact with clients and create tailored-fit proposals that will meet customer’s needs. The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include traveling assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
- Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience.
- Be informed on the latest industry developments by attending Steele Restoration team meetings and training workshops.
- Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and have an appropriate vehicle for canvassing.
- Preferably lives within the Charlotte Region or surrounding area.
- Self-motivated individuals, Positive attitude and resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
Compensation
- Paid an hourly rate.
- Bonuses paid per roof inspection set & for any appointment leading to a signed contract.
- Electronic device for inputting leads.
- Steele Restoration, LLC does not have nor offer any type of benefits plan.
