Incumbent will be responsible to process weekly and biweekly payrolls, assist employees with benefits, maintain employee data bases, and maintain employee files. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Prepare biweekly/weekly payroll data such as hours, PTO time, rate changes, status changes, garnishments, insurance deductions, 401K deductions, etc.
- Review electronic timesheets for completeness and accuracy and contact department supervisors for any discrepancies.
- Process biweekly/weekly payroll internally including generating checks, direct deposits, ACH file.
- Complete internal biweekly/weekly payroll reporting.
- Reconcile benefit costs and employee pre-tax deductions.
- Understand Company policies/procedures and benefit packages offered.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, cancellations, and changes per federal guidelines.
- Assist with open enrollment process.
- Maintain employee information in third party benefit supplier databases.
- Process new hire, status change, rate change, bonus and termination paperwork.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Skills & Requirements:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- 2 years multi-company in-house payroll experience.
