Position Purpose :
We are looking for an experienced Controller / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of our foundry operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, with particular expertise in cost accounting and financial strategy for small to medium-sized businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Drive the company's financial strategy and contribute to hiring decisions
- Develop and implement annual operating, capital, and program budgets
- Ensure robust cash flow management and oversee day-to-day accounting, reporting, and internal control activities
- Implement best practices and tools for fiscal management, project coordination, and cross-team communications
- Ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements
- Collaborate with senior managers on budget proposals and financial reporting
- Identify revenue opportunities, analyze economic trends, and optimize internal operations
- Perform risk management and evaluate capital structure and fundraising initiatives
- Monitor business performance, establish corrective measures, and prepare detailed reports for various stakeholders
- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems
