Steelville Senior Living has an opening for a Social Services Designee. Steelville Senior Living is a skilled nursing facility that provides short term rehab, long-term, respite, memory care, assisted living, and hospice care to elderly residents.
Responsibilities include assessing and addressing the issues relevant to the basic needs of residents and to participate in resident advocacy. Work to increase facility census thru marketing and community outreach. Facilitate smooth resident admissions and discharges.
Qualifications
- One year of relevant experience in the healthcare field.
- Hold current certification of a social services designation and, if not, will complete this certification upon hiring and in a timely manner.
- Current CPR certification.
- Dedicated interest in assisting a senior population
