SteerBridge is seeking a Construction Administrator to support Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville! What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee & manage construction documentation and administrative processes
✔ Provide quality assurance & compliance monitoring for all project work
✔ Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
✔ Assist in implementing key project plans, including safety, cost, and time management
✔ Evaluate construction activities to ensure alignment with design documents and contracts
✔ Utilize construction software tools to track progress and maintain accurate records
📌 What You Need to Bring:
✅ U.S. Citizenship & ability to pass a federal background check
✅ Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
✅ 3 years of construction work experience, including quality assurance & project oversight
✅ Strong understanding of construction practices, contractor management, and project scheduling
✅ Ability to identify discrepancies in construction documents vs. contractor work
✅ Proficiency in construction software & administrative reporting tools
