SteerBridge seeks a Construction Scheduler to play a key role in Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville! If you’re a Primavera P6 expert with experience in critical path scheduling, baseline schedule management, and earned value analysis, this is your opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, mission-driven project supporting veteran healthcare.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop, update, and maintain baseline & progress schedules to ensure project success
✔ Utilize Primavera P6 to analyze project timelines, mitigate risks, and optimize workflows
✔ Conduct critical path method (CPM) scheduling and assess delays, impacts, and schedule variances
✔ Provide scheduling oversight and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams
✔ Prepare reports to ensure compliance with government contract scheduling requirements
✔ Integrate cost & resource data to analyze productivity and budget alignment
What You Need to Bring:
✅ U.S. Citizenship & ability to pass a federal background check
✅ Current professional scheduler credential (e.g., PSP, CST)
✅ 3 years of experience in construction scheduling
✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Microsoft Project experience is a plus)
✅ Strong understanding of construction sequencing, earned value analysis, and delay tracking
✅ Experience with government contract compliance (FAR guidelines, DCMA assessments preferred)
