POSITION OVERVIEW
SteerBridge is seeking a skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our team. This role requires expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on creating intuitive user experiences and designing cohesive user flows across applications. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with design systems, ensuring consistency and high-quality design standards throughout projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions.
- Create and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that align with project goals and user needs.
- Work within and enhance existing design systems to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Lead the design process, ensuring alignment with client and user expectations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers when necessary.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree graphic design, Human-computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Ability to pass a background check to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UI/UX design role.
- Proven experience working on at least one health-focused project.
Preferred:
- An additional year of experience on health-related design projects.
