The Opportunity
Job Title: e-Learning Specialist
Location: 675 Central Ave, New Providence, NJ 07974
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
As an e-Learning Specialist, you’ll take the lead on exciting projects, including:
- Customer-Focused Learning Platforms: Redesign and optimize external customer-facing courses to create tailored, impactful content.
- Interactive Technical Training: Collaborate with key teams to develop engaging, interactive training modules and tutorials for internal and external audiences.
- Team Spotlights: Create “Meet the Team” courses to foster better connections and collaboration across departments.
- Innovative Course Development: Convert and upgrade current materials into interactive, user-friendly experiences.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in:
- Designing e-learning content with tools like Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
- Working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Absorb LMS.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and create customized courses.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge instructional design theories, including e-learning and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Bonus points for fluency in Spanish or French!
