What You’ll Do:

As a Cellasto MV - Technician, you will:

• Operate and maintain equipment, including de-flashing units, carts, electric pallet jacks, pneumatic tools, and more.
• Ensure safety is your top priority by adhering to all safety protocols and performing routine equipment checks.
• Support efficient material movement from inspection/assembly lines to staging/warehouse areas.
• Execute equipment and product changeover operations, always maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Problem-solve equipment issues independently and collaboratively.
• Interact with internal teams to ensure seamless production processes.
• Utilize Human Machine Interface (HMI) to input data into the Local Area Network (LAN) system.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, while also mentoring others in unit operations.

• Proven experience in manufacturing/production (1-3 years required).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work shifts, including extended periods of sitting and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of production manufacturing experience. Machine operation or assembly experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong computer proficiency, HMI operation, and attention to detail.
• Requirements: Ability to meet attendance standards, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 30 lbs., and utilize all necessary PPE.

Screening Requirements:

• SAM/PSI assessment required prior to submission.
• CHR screening and other job-specific clearances (e.g., Hearing Conservation, ISO, Mobile Equipment) as applicable.
