Join our Digital Solutions team and drive innovation in commercial reporting using cutting-edge AI and Generative AI (GenAI). You will develop and deploy AI/GenAI solutions, leveraging large datasets to address key business needs in sales forecasting, planning, pricing, new product launches, and supply chain.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and implement AI models to generate insights on customers, brands, categories, and products.
- Leverage GenAI (including LLMs) to generate innovative insights and transform reporting, summarizing business states and explaining trends.
- Develop and maintain GenAI capabilities, tracking ROI and communicating with stakeholders.
- Utilize analytical AI algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees) for automated insight generation.
- Implement anomaly detection algorithms to identify data anomalies and generate alerts.
- Collaborate on integrating AI/GenAI into the company dashboard.
- Continuously refine the AI/GenAI solution with new data and features.
- Manage data extraction, preparation, and utilization for model training and implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models and GenAI solutions.
- Report on tool performance and enhancements to management and stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks).
- Experience with data preprocessing, ETL, and NLP.
- Expertise in GenAI (RAG, ChatGPT, Claude, Prompt Engineering) and deploying LLMs (Bedrock, ChatGPT, Llama, Mistral, Dbrx) in enterprise environments.
- Understanding of GenAI ethics and the consumer goods/retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI).
- Experience with data containerization/orchestration, PySpark, R, Langchain, and LLM-based solutions.
