Account Management

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including renewals, policy changes, and claims follow-up. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their commercial insurance needs and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
4. Prepare and process insurance quotes, applications, and endorsements.
5. Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other team members.
7. Stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, coverage options, and regulatory changes.
8. Assist clients with claims management.

Requirements

• P&C License in Wisconsin (must be current and in good standing).
• 1 years of commercial insurance experience with a focus on account management and servicing.
• Proven strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in technology and able to quickly adapt to new software systems (experience with insurance management software is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
