Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Carlson AirFlo as a key contributor to our warehouse operations! This role will be responsible for picking parts based on sales order/ assembly order pick lists, organizing them in preparation for packing or assembly and assisting with other duties as necessary.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull parts based on sales order picklist/ assembly work orders. Follow pick instructions as noted.
- Inspect all products for defects, setting aside defective items for follow up and review by Lead.
- Organize parts in boxes (gaylords) for staging.
- Using RF scanners and/or computer, issue parts to the work /sales orders.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Report all discrepancies and issues to Packing Lead person.
- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have good hand and eye dexterity.
- Must be able to read and understand labels and instructions that are written in English.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification is required).
