Scope
Deliver a world-class service experience to our clients, offering guidance to, and educating clients on making the most of their experience with us. Provide clients with information about what we offer, and pairing them with solutions that meet their concerns and desires. Proactively manage client expectations by assessing their needs and intentions, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
This position’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue and meet sales goals while delivering world-class service experience to our clients. This position’s other responsibilities include connecting with clients through communications (calls, emails, and social media) and converting them to scheduling appointments, maintaining the front office, and providing administrative support to the entire team.
Customer Service
- Provide extraordinary service consistent with the our core service standards, AAA 5 Diamond standards, Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards
- Communicate thorough knowledge of plastic surgery procedures to clients
- Facilitate and mediate patient sensitive and/or confrontations matters if encountered
Sales & Marketing
- Perform lead and revenue goal tracking and reporting
- Maximize sales goals, objectives, and growth
- Track client contacts with detailed notes and follow through to meet client satisfaction, consultation scheduling and sales goals
- Identify, develop and drive continuous client experience improvement initiatives to increase client sales and satisfaction
- Create communication techniques and engage clients through phone, email, and Social Media follow-up
- Update websites and social media content
Administrative
- Greet clients through email, social media and telephone and provide thorough information regarding our surgeries and our surgical process, credentialing of the doctor and our facility
- Actively welcome and check-out clients with a smile and enthusiasm for appointments
- Accurately handle client transactions including cash handling, credit card charges and financing procedures
- Create and maintain all paperwork and electronic records
- Prepare daily schedule and associated paperwork
- Photograph clients for pre-consult, pre-operative and post-operative medical records
- Support administrative and clinical team members as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines with all client data
- Maintain reception area, front office, non-clinical area inventory and accounts payable
- Develop initiative, motivation, and positive morale with staff

- M-Th 8am-5pm, F 9am-3pm, depending on schedule
Preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality, sales, marketing, customer experience, or public relations role within an aesthetic/plastic surgery/medical spa/luxury level resort
- College degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with Nextech and Mirror software
- Proficient Spanish fluency, in both written and oral forms
Salary
- Base Pay: $18-$28 / hr depending on relevant experience
- Bonuses based on sales goals and success of practice
