Construction Project Manager
Full time, in-office and on-site position in the Danbury Area. We are seeking a “Hands on” Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
· Reviewing plans, Pricing materials and ordering materials
· Collaborate with inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved
· Manage project budgets and track expenses
· Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
· Communicate regularly with owners to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and safety standards
Skills/Qualifications: experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices. Experience with Autocad a plus. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities. Must be “Hands-On” and willing and able to multi-task.
