We are seeking a Division Manager to join our team at Stella Environmental Services LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our transfer stations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule, assign, and oversee Transfer Station operators, independent contractors, laborers, and other assigned personnel.
- Maintain good contact with the General Manager and provide feedback on operations.
- Supervise and ensure that all required reports and paperwork are completely and correctly filed out and submitted.
- Check cleanliness of Transfer Station areas.
- Supervise and inspect daily operations of the Transfer Station, including heavy equipment and transfer trailers, to ensure that operations are performed as smoothly and safely as possible.
- Identify, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities at the Transfer Station.
- Investigate and document accidents and property damage.
- Conduct and document safety instructional meetings with personnel.
- Respond to after-hours calls and fill in for other employees as assigned.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
