Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide clinical counseling to children, adolescents and adults. This role works closely with the Hospice division to provide bereavement services to families under or care and in the greater community.
SHIFT: PRN (As Needed)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides individual counseling for clients experiencing grief and loss issues.
- Facilitates support groups and youth day camps.
- Maintains contact with individuals referred for anticipatory grief and early bereavement.
- Participates in program development and community outreach.
- Demonstrates knowledge, skills and compassion necessary to provide appropriate care for a diverse range of clients.
- Maintains all documentation within electronic medical record according to department protocol and State and federal requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed Social Worker in Maryland (LBSW, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC or LGPC)
