The Director of Operations will provide leadership, direction and oversight to specific physician practices. They will do so in a manner consistent with the mission and core values of the organization and industry standard business practices.

Responsibilities
The Director of Operations :
- Will develop budgets, establish and apply established policies and procedures, and ensure development and implementation of efficient workflow processes in all areas of the practice.
- Will be responsible for the identification and development of revenue opportunities, physician relationship building, practice building and expansion, and overall site and practice enhancement.
- Will work closely with all the physicians and staff in the site as well as the Site Medical Director and the Vice President.
- Will interact closely with other senior management team members to drive the success of corporate initiatives, practice development and key organizational goals.
- Will oversee the day to day activities in the practice.
