Job Title: FSO/Manufacturing Technician
Job Location: Topsfield, MA
Salary: $32.00-$36.00/hr
Responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
- Provide clear guidance to company employees, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate
- Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards
- Experience serving as CPSO
- Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements to include collateral Closed Areas and ICD 705 to meet contractual needs
- Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, eQIP, and NISS
- Administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc.
- Ability to develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program
Desired Skills:
- Experience developing and implanting OPSEC plans
- Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
- Experience with DoD construction
- Resourceful in solving problem and capitalizing on opportunities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Security preferred
- FSO certification with minimum 2 years of experience as an FSO preferred
- MES required
- Problem solver familiar with root cause analysis and project management
- RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, PC boards and wire bonding
- Experience in working with chip and wire processes preferred
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly and fabrication required
- Microsoft Office proficient
