Overview
Job Title: Inspector
Job Location: Williamsport, PA
Perform routine visual and mechanical inspections of parts and materials received to verify mechanical dimensions are met.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all dimensions and/or documents of parts, jigs, fixtures, documentation and assemblies per approved drawings and written instructions.
- Use various inspection instruments to identify defects.
- Document and report inspection results using authorized procedures, computers, forms, and ERP System.
- Follow/implement all written procedures and specifications as required.
- Complete other work assignments as required.
- Receiving Inspection of parts.
- In-process Inspections of work in process (WIP)
- Final Quality Inspection (FQA)
- Complete mechanical calibration of inspection tools
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years inspection experience preferred
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Preferred.
