- Research for Agile Decisions: Conduct lean, iterative research (e.g., usability testing, rapid feedback, guerrilla research) to support sprint cycles
- Bridge Design & Research: Leverage your design background to translate findings into practical, user-centered design recommendations
- User-Centered Testing: Plan and run usability studies, A/B tests, and early concept evaluations to guide design direction
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development
- Mixed-Methods Research: Use both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, analytics) to validate design decisions
- Advocate for the User: Synthesize insights into compelling narratives that drive user-focused strategies
- Design-Embedded Thinking: Collaborate on iterative design and prototyping to refine and test hypotheses
- Design Support: Quickly sketch, prototype, or refine designs for testing and validation
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in UX design or research, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proficiency with user research tools (e.g., UserTesting.com, Qualtrics) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Solid understanding of UX research methodologies
- Experience conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and concept validation
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design improvements within fast-paced development cycles
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
