Role Summary
Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas. Willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Functions
Must know how to use common housecleaning tools and chemicals ex. mops, brooms, dusters, window cleaning tools, degreasers, polishes etc.
Know how to properly read cleaning chemicals for proper mixing and measuring ratios and how to care for cleaning equipment.
Maintains paper products, hand soaps and amenities in restrooms, wait stations and kitchen areas.
·Responsible for cleaning bathrooms daily and checking all bathrooms for cleanliness and extra cleaning as needed.
Washes windows and windowsills, doors, and walls
Gathers and disposes of outdoor trash and debris. Reline trash bins and wash bins periodically.
Transport trash and waste to dumpster as needed.
Physically required to be on your feet long periods of time, walking, crawling, kneeling. Pulling and pushing heavy objects.
Ability to follow oral or written instructions.
Help in moving heavy items.
Reports any mechanical failures or poor conditions around entire property.
Will be asked to assist with facility maintenance tasks such as painting, mechanical fixes, plumbing.
Must have basic knowledge of hand tools/power tools and how to safely use them.
Must be flexible with hours and days available for work including holidays and weekends.
Overtime may be required.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
- A valid state driver's license
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable and physically able to work in an environment with frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, listening).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (e.g., weekends, holidays).
- Must be able to learn and operate equipment.
- Must be able to work in all different kinds of weather.
- Ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures.
- Ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Airport SIDA Badge Requirements

Starting Rate
USD $17.50/Hr. - $20.00/Hr.
