- 8 years of project management/Business Analysis experience, with salesforce projects.
- Develop and document business processes to illustrate current and future state
- Gathering stakeholder feedback, categorizing and prioritizing information
- Review and analyze user feedback to identify common themes, trends and recommend areas for improvement
- Stay connected with users, keeping them informed about the status of their submitted recommendations
- Convert user feedback into actionable user stories (within JIRA) that reflect the desirable business process
- Must have worked in prior Salesforce implementation and have required Salesforce skillset
- Be prepared to draft test cases that are user friendly and make sense
- Confirm system meets submitted requirements by actively participating in system testing activities
- Support end user testing activities by tracking progress and conducting any required follow ups
- Must be comfortable liaising between technical and business team members
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Legal Operations a plus
- Experience with business process modeling; mandatory
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
