Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily operations of mechanical engineering projects.
- Lead a team of skilled workers to ensure adherence to specified standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Education/Experience:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to addressing mechanical issues
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Experience in project management and planning
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
