Visitor Control Specialist - SECRET Security Clearance

Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc . has an immediate opportunity for a Visitor Control Specialist to support the Air Force On-Base at Wright-Patterson, AFB in Dayton, OH.

Primary Duties :

Provides Visitor Control support to include creating contractor badges and collecting fingerprints, maintaining safe and door combinations, validating and controlling access to restricted areas / SCIFs, distributing and managing classified courier training, arming and disarming classified spaces, maintaining visitor logs, and controlling issuance and destruction of all media entering and exiting SAPF areas.
Provides manning the front desk, opening / closing the building, accepting deliveries, checking IDs, providing visitor badges, arranging for escort, and occasionally provides escort services.
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Secondary Duties :

Initial point of contact for all visitors to the building.

Vetting and issuing of visitor badges to qualified building guests.

Processing requests for building access, by both visitors and in-house personnel.

Maintaining database in SharePoint of Building Badge Worksheets, to include Visitor Roster spreadsheet.

Maintain annual training and adhere to PII safeguarding protocols.

Create, deactivate, and destroy building access badges for in-house personnel, as needed.

Perform quarterly and ad hoc building badge audits reports, using the Access Control System.

Primary Base Mail ADO representative, sending and receiving “official” mail and packages.

Maintain Yearly Mail ADO training.

Provide guest entry assistance for high-level Distinguished Visitor meetings.

Assist in giving directions to personnel entering the building for SPIR token creation.

Perform Opening and Closing security procedures for the building.

Maintain list of activities performed, monthly submission for Monthly Status Report.

Requirements :

3 years of similar experience.

Knowledge of MS Office Products.

MUST have a current / active DoD SECRET or higher Security Clearance.

U.S. Citizenship is Mandatory.
